I wanted to join the most prestigious associations/organizations in the world for wedding photographers / wedding photojournalists.
I am a member of WPJA – The Wedding Photojournalist Association and AGWPJA – The Artistic Guild of Wedding Photojournalist Association for over a year now.

There was only one organization that I needed to wait a bit longer to join as one of the requirements next to the level of quality is minimum of 50 weddings photographed as main photographer.
When the amount has been achieved I could apply… and a while back I’ve got email: “Your ISPWP application is approved”.

I am honored and privileged to be listed amongst such incredible wedding photographers from all over the world.

Few weeks ago I wrote that my Photojournalistic approach to wedding photography has been distinguished by the WPJA - Wedding Photojournalist Association.
Yesterday I received fantastic news that my application to Artistic Guild of The WPJA – [AG]WPJA – has been approved. I am very happy about it.
I will have an opportunity to submit my work to the quarterly contests and compete with the best wedding photojournalists in the world.

The Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association AG|WPJA is comprised of outstanding wedding photographers, who are at the forefront of the wedding photography industry when it comes to enhancing images. The chief objective of the AG|WPJA is to provide members with a platform where the finest enhanced, manipulated and/or artistic wedding photojournalism in the world is spotlighted and promoted for the bride and groom.

The AG|WPJA is a separate division of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). Whereas the WPJA upholds strict guidelines that forbid excessive picture manipulation, the AG|WPJA encourages and fosters creative image enhancement, with the vision of promoting Fine Art Wedding Photojournalists.

The AG|WPJA establishes and upholds high standards that are taken into consideration during the judging process for our wedding photography contests. Using all artistic tools at their disposal, members skillfully enliven their work in post production processing.

Kilka tygodni temu pisałem iż moje podejście do reporterskiej fotografii ślubnej zostało docenione przez WPJA – Wedding Photojournalist Association.
Wczoraj otrzymałem wspaniałą informację iż moja kandydatura do Artystycznego Cechu WPJA została rozpatrzona pozytywnie i zostałem przyjęty.

Jest to wspaniała informacja, dzięki członkostwu mam możliwość przedstawić moje prace w kwartalnych konkursach w których biorą udział najlepsi fotoreporterzy ślubni z całego świata.

Moje podejście do naturalnej, niepozowanej reporterskiej fotografii ślubnej zostało docenione przez WPJA – Wedding Photojournalist Association.
Jestem dumny z przyjęcia mojej osoby do grona najlepszych fotoreporterów ślubnych świata.

Dla niezorientowanych – czym jest WPJA krótki cytat z ich strony:

Moja aplikacja o dołączenie do grupy Foto Pro na Forum Reporterów Ślubnych została zaakceptowana. Cieszę się – jest to pewnego rodzaju wyróżnienie. Nie każdy fotograf ślubny może się tam dostać. Po zgłoszeniu chęci dołączenia do grupy specjalna komisja rekrutacyjna sprawdzała poziom moich umiejętności w dokumentowaniu dnia ślubu. Z przyjemnością poznam innych świetnych fotografów, z którymi będę dzielić doświadczenia i pomysły.
