Engagement Session – Kerry, Ireland | Roisin and Micheal

I’ve heard Micheal had to try really hard to get Dublin girl to go out with Kerry boy…
After few years they got the house, two dogs and a happy life in Kerry.

We had two engagements sessions, which is quite unusual…
On first one dogs played leading role. Running in the garden in the wedding gowns they had best time ever. Anyway I think so…
Second session took place just a few days before the wedding. We took a walk down the Dooks beach near Cromone and we went also to some hidden places in Caragh Lake area.

Beautiful day, happy couple, lots of love and fun…

Civil Wedding Photography Killarney | Emma and Dusan

Irish and Slovakian families met at the wedding ceremony in the Killarney Lake Hotel.

Emma and Dusan – fantastic warm couple that I’ve meet  in 2008 on the wedding of Trish and Finbar – decided to get married and I had privilege to photograph it.

Below you will find my favorites from the day.

Max heart | Serce Maksa | Cor Infantis Foundation

Couple of days ago Maksymilian’s mom sent me an email asking if I know anyone who can help their son. So here I am posting this hoping that some of visitors of my blog will help…

Maximilian weights 620g, is the size of your hand and desperately needs the second half of his little heart. HLHS – Max’s heart defect – is extremely rare, about 1/5000 cases. What goes with it? The left ventricle of the heart does not develop without an operation. A child several years ago could not live with this defect. Fortunately, today it is possible, but there is only one solution: a 3-stage surgery (open heart, cardiac arrest at low temperature, the change of blood circulation – only works right ventricle), after which a child can function quite normally.
The cost of the first operation is 32,5 thousand euros and it must be carried out immediately after birth. Date of birth was designated at the beginning of November – so now we have only two months to raise money, but we firmly believe that thanks to people with great hearts (each one of us has a big heart!) we will manage to save our son. You can read more and also see Maksymilian photo in 17th week on: http://www.maxheart.eu/ or facebook group.
Thanks to Cor Infantis Foundation we may collect the money for the operation and hope that everything will succeed.

How can you help?

I’m back!

Hello,

I know it has been a while since I posted anything here. I apologize all of you, especially my fabulous couples which are waiting for their photographs.
So many unexpected things happened in my life recently. Some of them good, some of them bad, but this is live and I had to face it.

In between taking care of my family abroad /my mom and her health problems/, lifestyle sessions, weddings and post-processing I attended some photography workshops. It is crucial to me to grow and deliver better, stronger images for my clients.

The last one I was on took place in Poland with Tomasz Tomaszewski – amazing photojournalist. He started his career with polish magazines, in 1992 Tomaszewski’s work received honorable mention in the magazine news category of the Washington Journalism Review (now the American Journalism Review) awards. His pictures have appeared in international publications including SternParis MatchGEOTim. From 20 years working in cooperation with National Geographic.

The main thing I wanted to say is: I’m back working hard and will be posting all recent work I have done so keep visiting…
